The Elderflower is an award winning restaurant that loves cooking for people who love food.  Situated on a cobbled Quay Street in the heart of Lymington.  This beautiful Georgian town is sited between the New Forest district of Hampshire and the West Solent.

The Elderflower is the realisation of Andrew and Marjolaine’s dream to own and operate their own unique restaurant, expressing their perception of the perfect dining experience.

Head Chef Patron Andrew Du Bourg (formerly Head Chef at 5* Chewton Glen hotel and Michelin starred Club Gascon, London) will prepare modern British food with a sprinkling of French using the best locally sourced sustainable produce from land and sea.

Cocktail FridaysCome join us every Friday night as we go on a discovery journey around the world and discover how each region likes to chill.

£20pp you get to indulge in 2 of our fantastic cocktails off the list and sample 5 snacks that will really help to teleport you there.  Do it the “Old Fashion” way and give us a call to book.

The Cooking Club is BACK.  The next get together will be on the Wednesday 2nd May. £25 per person.

In few words, Andrew will cook a 3 course menu in front of you and whilst you watch him, you can follow step by step from the recipe you are given. He will also make sure to only use ingredients you can source from supermarkets.When you go home you can give it a try and impress your friends!

Bring Your OwnWe have decided to extend our wonderful offer Of Bring Your Own to the months of May and June.  This is the perfect way to enjoy that dusty bottle in your cellar which you have been looking for that perfect moment to open it.  This will be available lunch and dinner, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Your wine must be paired with 2 courses of our A La Carte menu for each of your party.
