Situated on the cobbled Quay Street in the heart of Lymington, a beautiful Georgian town sited between the New Forest district of Hampshire and the West Solent, The Elderflower is an award winning restaurant that loves cooking for people who love food.
The Elderflower is the realisation of Andrew and Marjolaine’s dream to own and operate their own unique restaurant, expressing their perception of the perfect dining experience.
Head Chef Patron Andrew Du Bourg, with his 19 years of culinary experience in fine dining environments, will prepare modern British food with a sprinkling of French using the best locally sourced, sustainable produce from land and sea.

Bring Your Own. This is the perfect way to enjoy that dusty bottle in your cellar which you have been looking for that perfect moment to open it. This will be available lunch and dinner on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Your wine must be paired with either our 4, 5 or 7 course Chef’s Tasting Menu menu for each of your party.

Sunday 13th of October: Luxury Roast. We will be offering a three course set menu of fish soup with homemade taramasalata, followed by roast forerib of beef with homemade Yorkshire pudding, golden roast potatoes, autumnal vegetables, and finished with our glorious mango souffle with coconut ice cream and mango sauce. This is priced at £35 per person or if you just fancy the roast, it is individually priced at £26.50.
Sunday 27th of October: Crab Hotpot. An ultimate winter warmer! Roasted crab cooked in an aromatic broth, Asian style vegetables, and your choice of noodles, sticky rice or fries. Finish with a homemade lemon meringue pie. 2 courses for £25.
Sunday 10th of November: Taste of Japan. We will be bringing a taste of Japan to Lymington with a 7 course tasting menu. The menu is priced at £55 per person and can be viewed on our ‘Menus’ page of the website.
Sunday 24th of November: Luxury Roast. To see in the festive season, we will be revisiting our Luxury Roast. Fish soup with homemade taramasalata, followed by roast forerib of beef with homemade Yorkshire pudding, golden roast potatoes, autumnal vegetables, and finished with our glorious mango souffle with coconut ice cream and mango sauce. Three course for £35 or the roast forerib of beef for £26.50.
